Fast Textile 2025 in Rzgów – Textile Production and Technology in Direct Exchange

Fast Textile 2025 took place from November 18 to 20 at Ptak Expo Łódź in Rzgów. With 14,633 visitors and 453 exhibitors from 31 countries, the trade fair brought together numerous areas of the textile value chain under one roof.

ProCom Automation was represented with its own booth in Hall C. Over the course of three days, we had the opportunity to present our solutions, meet existing contacts in person and talk to many new visitors about current challenges in production. The focus was on precise cutting processes with ergoCAM® and our CNC solutions, as well as transparent production data analysis with Clouver.

From Materials to Production Technology

While walking through the exhibition halls, it quickly became clear just how diverse Fast Textile is. Fabrics, yarns and textile raw materials were presented alongside machines, software and technologies for industrial processing.

Particularly prominent were:

  • fabrics, knitted textiles and textile raw materials
  • machines and systems for textile processing
  • software for design and production management
  • textile printing and other finishing processes
  • automation and production technologies
  • solutions related to sustainability and recycling

For us, it was particularly interesting to see how naturally traditional textile topics and modern production technologies now exist side by side. The trade fair therefore provided a good overview of the issues currently shaping the industry – from the material itself to more efficient and increasingly digitally supported production processes.

Our Solutions Live at the Booth

At our booth C46, the main focus was on one thing: not simply explaining our solutions, but demonstrating them in practice. Visitors were able to take a closer look at the applications and discuss their own production requirements and challenges directly with our team.

On display were:

  • ergoCAM® in action for the preparation of precise and efficient cutting processes
  • our solutions for CNC-controlled knife and contour cutting processes
  • Clouver for collecting and visualizing machine and production data
  • ways to create greater transparency in production processes and analyze them more effectively

What we found particularly valuable were the conversations that quickly moved beyond a general product presentation and focused on very specific situations from day-to-day production. What data is already available? Where do unnecessary downtimes occur? And how can existing cutting processes be made more efficient?

For us, this kind of direct exchange is exactly what makes a trade fair valuable.

Using Digitalization Where It Makes a Difference

Digitalization was also a recurring topic beyond our own booth. However, the focus was less on digitalization for its own sake and more on using it to better understand existing production processes and improve them in a targeted way.

A great deal of information is generated during ongoing production, but in many cases it is still not used consistently. Machine conditions, downtimes and performance data can help reveal correlations and make it easier to identify areas with potential for improvement.

At Fast Textile, Clouver allowed us to demonstrate how this production information can be brought together and presented in a clear and understandable way. The conversations on site once again showed that greater transparency is an important first step for many companies when it comes to making more informed production decisions.

Three Days of Conversations and New Impressions

With exhibitors from 31 countries, Fast Textile offered an international platform while still maintaining a direct and practical atmosphere. Manufacturers, producers, suppliers and technology providers were able to exchange ideas in an uncomplicated way.

For us, the three days were therefore not only an opportunity to present ergoCAM®, CNC and Clouver. Just as valuable were the many conversations at our booth and the impressions we gathered throughout the exhibition halls. They gave us direct insight into the questions companies are currently facing and the requirements that are becoming increasingly important in textile production.

Our Conclusion on Fast Textile 2025

We look back on three intensive and interesting days at the trade fair in Rzgów. Fast Textile 2025 demonstrated how diverse the textile industry is today and how closely traditional manufacturing, modern machine technology and digital tools now work together.

For ProCom Automation, the trade fair was particularly valuable because of the personal exchange. We were able to demonstrate our solutions live, make new contacts, meet familiar faces again and have many interesting conversations about current production challenges.

Thank you to everyone who visited us at booth C46. We look forward to continuing the conversation!
