Clouver is ProCom Automation’s integrated IIoT platform for transparent production monitoring in industrial environments. Machine availability, utilisation and OEE metrics are recorded in real time – regardless of manufacturer and retrofittable, even in heterogeneous machine parks.

Clouver can be introduced step by step: start with a few machines and expand as needed – ideal for international production sites, even in Asian markets.

CNC Hardware and Software for Precision Contour Cutting

ProCom Automation specialises in CNC control solutions for precise contour cutting with knife and band knife systems – particularly in the textile and foam industries. Our solutions include coordinated CNC software and CNC hardware for demanding industrial applications.

For decades, ProCom Automation has been continuously developing its own CNC software, combining in-depth process understanding with practical implementation. Whether band knife cutting, knife cutting or complex contour cutting: our systems enable precise motion control, stable process control and flexible adaptation to specific machine and production requirements – even in the context of retrofit projects.

Global Presence

ProCom Automation operates worldwide and supports international projects with strong technical expertise and structured project management. Our industrial automation solutions are implemented across Europe as well as key Asian manufacturing markets.

Through multilingual support and cross-cultural project experience, we ensure reliability across borders. In Asian production environments – including China and Southeast Asia – we deliver CNC control systems and industrial IIoT solutions for connected, transparent manufacturing.

A practical example is real-time sewing machine monitoring in textile production. With our integrated IIoT platform, we capture machine availability, utilisation and OEE metrics to enable data-driven production optimisation.
