
Faster, more precise, more intuitive: the new Release 10 of the CNC control solution

This update brings a host of optimisations and focuses on both increased productivity and ease of use. The new features in this release include extensive improvements that make the software itself more efficient and functions that significantly simplify its use. The optimisation and acceleration of work processes also contribute to increased productivity, making this release a real efficiency booster.

New and optimised functions – easy handling, higher cutting speed and maximum process reliability
MoternBlendTime
One of the most important improvements is the use of optimised ModernBlendTime algorithms. These specialised motion algorithms now enable cross-sectional images to be processed significantly faster with maximum precision, increasing overall productivity by 6 per cent.
ZeroBuffer
The ZeroBuffer feature enables cutting with zero clearance, even at high layers. ZeroBuffer also optimises the nesting of parts in ergoCAM and the automatic detection of contact zones, so that the cutting speed is automatically reduced in these zones and special attention is paid to precision. This consistently reduces waste to a minimum without compromising quality. Thanks to ZeroBuffer, notches are also cut precisely, ensuring that the correct markings are placed in the right place during assembly. The result: a perfect cut of the finished textile!

Barcode-System
With the help of the barcode system, operators can easily scan cross-sectional images, parameter sets and order numbers using a barcode scanner and automatically add them to the job queue.
Integrated clearing graphic
Furthermore, Release 10 offers integrated unloading graphics. This helps users to display finished parts on a separate monitor in the unloading zone and, optionally, to project them directly into the unloading zone. The simple and quick assignment of parts not only speeds up the work step, but also consistently eliminates the risk of incorrectly assigned parts. For operators, both new features make work much easier, making manual handling faster and more convenient. In addition, there is no need to invest in a separate unloading system, which means manufacturing companies can save costs.
Access to digital production with a single click
ProCom launched the Clouver production monitoring platform back in 2017. Clouver allows machine data to be visualised and analysed, providing important insights into potential areas for optimisation. Clouver has now been integrated into the CNC interface and can be accessed with just one click. The easy accessibility of Clouver via the user interface allows operators to call up the dashboard with production data at any time. This means that factors that inhibit productivity, such as downtime or machine bottlenecks, can be quickly identified and rectified.
