Development with prospects
A career at ProCom Automation means development, not stagnation. Some of our colleagues started out as student assistants or juniors—and today they are responsible for challenging projects or lead teams.
A possible career path in the technical field can lead from junior software engineer to software engineer and senior software engineer to technical expert or to a management position such as CTO. The decisive factor here is not just the title, but continuous professional and personal development.
